Posted Mon, Feb 13, 2006 by Awenyddion

As part of the celebration of Top Cow's first year anniversary, NcSoft is featuring up to twelve player avatars in a comic issue.

Come join us as we celebrate the 1 year anniversary of the Top Cow City of Heroes comic. Two special events will make this a real collector’s issue!

ITEM 1 - Player character cameos in Issue 12!

We are thrilled to announce a chance for your hero to make a cameo appearance in Issue 12 of the Top Comic comic. David Nakayama, series artist, is giving you a shot to appear in the funny pages.

Roughly two dozen heroes will be featured! Submissions can be made by emailing your screenshots from FRIDAY FEB 10th until 5:00 PM (CST) THURSDAY FEB 16th. For full details, see here.

ITEM 2 – Spirit of the Furies, Limited Edition CCG Card

As a promotional reward to our comic book subscribers, everyone with an active subscription and those who sign up now, will receive a free, exclusive card polybagged with Issue #12.

The kind folks at Alderac Entertainment Group have given us copies of a limited edition card, Spirit of the Furies, from the new City of Heroes Collectible Card Game (CCG)! The Spirit of the Furies is a powerful addition to any CoH CCG deck and can turn the tide of battle late in the game!

This card is only going to be available to CoH and CoV subscribers who have signed up for the comic book home delivery via their PlayNC account.
