Is Addiction to WoW real?

I saw this article earlier this week, but the site was having stability issues. They seem to have disappeared and I am now posting this cool look at WoW and addiction.
I play World of Warcraft a lot but I don't consider myself addicted. I only play a few hours a day and I don't neglect real life. I really just have a hard time believing that there are people who are really addicted to this game. Come on, it's just a game! Anyway, are there a lot of people who are truly addicted to WoW?

Razor Naga!

I finally got myself a Razor Naga (Molten Edition)!

About a year ago, I really wanted a naga mouse for my birthday. However, my girlfriend goes to BestBuy and the jerk working there tells her that I wouldn't like the naga because its too hard to push the buttons on the side. He told her to get me the World of Warcraft mouse (Cataclysm Edition).
