Raid Tier 5 Set Information

The Tier 5 raid set is very similar to the Tier 4 raid set in that it is gained by collecting "tokens" and turning them in to vendors in exchange for the armor pieces. The "tokens" are really just statless pieces of armor. You can trade them in for the armor set pieces from the Aldor and Scryer vendors in Shattrath City

In exactly the same way as the Tier 4 set, Tier 5 gives most classes at least two options of gear based on class sub-type. For example: Healing Priest and Shadow Priest.

"Token" Drop Location

The tokens required for the tier 5 armor set drop from various bosses in Serpentshrine Cavern (25 man) and The Eye (25 man) as shown below. When the "token" armor drops it will display 3 classes that can use that "token". It can then be turned in by any of those classes for any armor option for that slot as shown in the Armor Set Options table.

Boss : Location
Item Slot
Leotheras the Blind : Serpentshrine Cavern
Hands
Lady Vashj : Serpentshrine Cavern
Head
Void Reaver : The Eye
Shoulders
Fathom-Lord Karathress : Serpentshrine Cavern
Legs
Kael'thas Sunstrider : The Eye (Unconfirmed)
Chest

Armor Set Options

The tier 5 sets offer several options depending on your class and your talent build. Make sure you select the right one for each piece so that you can get the set bonuses. You can collect multiple sets if you which, but given the difficulty and the demand, don't expect to get your second pieces until everyone in your guild has their first set complete.

There have been many rumblings from Blizzard fans that don't really want Mists of Pandaria as the next (or any expansion) and ask the question "Why Mop?"

Mists of Pandaria's launch could happen by the end of the year so what better time to look at what the Collector's Edition could contain?

I finally got myself a Razor Naga (Molten Edition)!

About a year ago, I really wanted a naga mouse for my birthday. However, my girlfriend goes to BestBuy and the jerk working there tells her that I wouldn't like the naga because its too hard to push the buttons on the side. He told her to get me the World of Warcraft mouse (Cataclysm Edition).
