No fancy popups or anything here, just the item, what it does, a few opinions on it, where to find it, and what is needed to make it.

Increases the player's maximum health by 1200 for 2 hrs. You can only have the effect of one flask at a time. Effect does last through death. Drops off of General Drakkisath in BRS. Highly desired.

Increases the player's maximum mana by 2000 for 2 hours. You can only have the effect of one flask at a time. The effect persist through death. Drops from Balnazzar in Stratholme. Not very useful.

Increases damage done by magical spells and effects by up to 150 for 2 hours. You can only have the effect of one flask at a time. This effect persist through death. Drops from Ras Frostwhisker in Scholomance and Keepers of Time Faction (Exalted). Kind of useful.

Flask of Chromatic Resistance

Increases your resistance to all schools of magic by 25 for 2 hrs. You can only have the effect of one flask at a time. Drops from Gyth in Blackrock Spire. Kind of ok.

Increases spell damage and healing by up to 24 and spell critical strike rating by 24 for 1 hour. Quest reward from Maktu's Revenge (A) and The Biggest of Them All (H) or gotten from your trainer.

Unstable Mana Potion

Restores 1350 to 2250 mana. Given how much mana casters have in TBC it's risky, but good in a pinch. Counts towards the 2 minute potion timer though. It requires level 55.

Shrouds you from nearby enemies so you seem less threatening to them. Requires level fifty five and you need Exalted with the Sporeggar to get the recipe. Pretty decent potion for Mages. Considered to remove 800 threat against mobs within 30 yards.
