The Arcatraz Gallery

The Arcatraz is the third wing of the Tempest Keep and it's located far above the other instances in the red crystal building. Like the other instances in the Tempest Keep, this is a difficult instance and not one you should expect to survive the first time through.You and your group need to work together and be almost perfect to be able to fight your way through the instance to defeat Harbinger Skyriss.
