First, the Ten Ton Pulse, your finger on the beating heart of the MMOG industry.

Age of Conan continues to push all other titles into hibernation topping the charts at more than double the pulse of any other game. Warhammer Online climbs back into the #3 spot, while Dungeons and Dragons Online climbs into the Top 10! (What is Pulse?)

  1. Age of Conan - 200 BPM
  2. World of Warcraft - 83 BPM
  3. Warhammer Online - 33 BPM
  4. Lord of the Rings Online - 28 BPM
  5. EverQuest 2 - 26 BPM
  6. EVE Online - 21 BPM
  7. Lineage 2 - 19 BPM
  8. Vanguard - 16 BPM
  9. Tabula Rasa - 12 BPM
  10. Dungeons and Dragons Online - 11 BPM

The newest and in my opinion best (though they didn't pimp Loading...) GameOver Podcast is up for your listening pleasure.

Finally, after countless hours spent playing WoW I got one character to level 70 a couple of weeks ago only to find that I can only play Arenas so much. They are fun in a "too much adrenaline" kind of way, which also makes them incredibly frustrating. I decided to take my son's 66 hunter and try to powerlevel my 46 druid. Wow..... it works. Even at 46 you can crank out about a level an hour without rest. It's tedious and mind-numbing, but I've seen the 40-60 content so many times that I feel that way anyway. The race to 58 and Outlands is on. I just hope I haven't ruined the fun of soloing the druid when I get there.
