Strom's Fury
"Belesa tells me that Strom's right hand Quesado has been killed. Strom is furious, and has sent his men to the poor district in the city to slay the innocent, perhaps in a desperate attempt to go after the Resistance. I must go there and help them."

BEFORE YOU CAN START THE AWAKENING II QUEST LINE, YOU MUST BE AT LEAST LEVEL 10.

Talk to people in the poor district

Once you've reached level 10, go back to Belesa in the basement of the Thirsty Dog Inn and talk to her. She'll tell you more of Strom's plans and his attacks against the city after his right hand man, Quesado has been killed (this happens through one of the other class destiny quests).

Your mission appears to be simple. Go to the poor district and talk to the people there.

The surviving boy lost his parents

When you get there though, you'll see that Strom's men are already there. You'll have to fight your way in. The easiest way to go about it is by killing the two guards at the bottom of the ramp. Go up the ramp, then kill another guard up there. Turn to the west, and in the courtyard you'll see 4 more guards and a mini-boss (image above). Pull the two by the fire first and kill them (yes, that's a pile of burning bodies), then kill the two by the cages. That will leave just the Red Hand Inquisitor Leader left. Of course, if you die, you'll have to do it all over again. So take your time, and keep your heals on you.

After you kill the Leader a small boy will come out of hiding and head to the burning bodies, and sob over his family. Talk to the boy and he'll tell you how the Red Hand came and slaughtered the citizens, while he hid under his bed. He'll also mention that a few of the citizens went with Valeria, who took them into the sewers to protect them from the Red Hand.
