Into the Sewers
"The child that survived the slaughter told me that Valeria fled down the sewers with some townsfolk. I must go there and help her defend them. Apparently they are in the Mitran wine cellar, and I can reach it through the door on the bottom of the hill at the Mitra Temple. The Mitra Temple is outside the city gate."

Talk to Valeria

Next, you'll have to speak with Valeria, and help her protect the refugees she rescued before the Red Hand pillaged the poor district.

Head out of the poor district, and out of the city. Go south at the stone dam that Turach has been building and follow the road to a door that leads beneath the Mitran temple. This is the wine cellar, and is part of the Tortage Underhalls.

In the middle of the room you'll see Valeria. There are also a handful of scared villagers here, whom Valeria is protecting. Talk to Valeria.

When you talk to Valeria, she'll ask you to help her defend the villagers. Be sure you're ready to fight before you say "I'm ready." as there is a big battle about to happen.
