First, climb the ladder

Climb the volcano

Now, back to the volcano! If you don't remember the way there, use the map above.

Once in the volcano region, you'll need to get to the ladder. Follow the map to the left to find the ladder. Along the way you'll need to dispatch some enemies, so be ready for some fighting. Like any  other area, the best way to do this is to kll one at a time. If you need to die to break a group of baddies, you may just have to suck it up and do it.

Pay particular attention to tents. There are often slaves in there that you won't see, but they'll come running out at you once you get close to the tent.

Replace virgin blood with Casilda's

Then head to the ritual

Once atop the volcano, you'll have a bit futher to go.

Before you go though, there is a mini boss near the ladder. Just head south from there. Beware of the tents as there are enemies within them. If you get through, you'll be able to kill the mini boss and grab his loot.

Once ready to move on, follow the map to the right to get to the ritual location. Again, there will be some baddies to fight along the way, so bring your war-face with you.

Mithrelle performs the ritual

Near the top, you'll come across the boss, Proto-Ocha. He's got a few more hit points than the other NPCs in the region, so be sure to heal early and heal often.

Now for the fun part. Once you've killed Proto-Ocha, you can head up the stairs and complete the quest. You'll see there the ritual table with all the ingredients ready to perform Mithrelle's ritual. Replace the vial of virginal blood with Casilda's blood and you'll be treated to one of the most fun cutscenes of Tortage.
