The Face of Oppression

"Tortage is burning! Strom's soldiers are looting the city and the tyrant himself has taken the harbor, commanding the plundering from the deck of his ship, the Leviathan. The city must be freed, now or never, from the grip of the Red Hand guards."

Kill Delia - Kill the Red Hand High Priest

You finally get to give Delia what she deserves.

Nadini will present you with the Phoenix Medallion. She will tell you of your importance to the Resistance and give you a cryptic message of how it will all become clear in time. Nadini does provide you with some good news. Mitrelle has fled the island and even better, she has lifted Strom’s Mark of Acheron. You can now slay him as a mortal man without fear of him rising from the grave again.

Once you have what you need from Nadini you will need to slay two more prominent members of Strom's forces. Your task is two-fold. First you will need to slay that old wench Delia, and next you will need to take out the Red Hand High Priest. You will encounter Strom’s men along the way to the harbor and as you slay them Resistance fighters will appear throughout the city to lend aid in securing the areas. If you run into trouble try running back to their positions and they will aid in disposing of any unwanted company.

When you reach the Northern City you will find an old friend. Remember that obnoxious guard Delia that gave you so much crap earlier in the game? Well put on your stomping boots because now you get to monkey stomp that wench the way you wanted to earlier. She will be accompanied by a few guards, but they shouldn't pose to great a threat if you fight smart. Split pull what you can to separate the guards and dispose of the rest as you can. Lay waste to this ungrateful wench and her band of monkeys and you will get the quest update for this part of the quest.

With some satisfactory revenge and a little joyous glee, make your way to the harbor. There is a tyrant that needs killing. When you reach the harbor there will be an epic battle between the Resistance and Strom’s men. Fun as it looks you must make for Strom and let the Resistance deal with the rabble. As you make your way past the battle you will be engaged by the sudden appearance of The Red Hand High Priest near the ruins of the Rum 'n Rumble Inn. Defeat him and you will gain the last update for this quest.
