What'll it Be, Boys? Hype
or Hope?

With Age of Conan Hyborian Adventures a little over two weeks from
launch, Age of Conan Community Managers Martuk, Machail, and JoBildo
sat down for a hands on preview and review of their time in beta. The
three discussed how the game stacks up against the hype and how it has
evolved over time.

Machail: I gotta admit, back in January, I wasn't too sure how things
were going to turn out. I realized it was still beta, but launch was
only a few months away. The game was fun, but the graphics and
mechanics weren't what they were publicizing. I changed my tune
drastically though, once the beta servers got updated to a closer
version of what they've been running in house. I was literally stunned
when I logged in at that point. The graphics were amazing. The
animations were fluid. It was breathtaking.
