This one's an easy few hundred experience points. Now that you've stood idly by while Arias was kidnapped by the Red Hand soldiers and some little punk named Quesado, you've got to go back to the Thirty Dog tavern near the city gate and tell Tina what's happened. She'll then send you on your next quest.
