Arias awaits your return at his camp.

The slavemaster ever so arrogantly shares with you the plans of Thoth-Amon. You will learn that Mithrelle is raising an army using the Mark of Archerone for Thoth-Amon to use in his war. Smite the slave master for his arrogance if you wish, or don't. The choice is yours. You should return afterwards to Arias with what you have learned and get instructions on how to proceed.

Arias can still be found out at his camp just pass the Temple of Mitra at coordinates 937, 601.
