Once you replace the virgin blood with Casilda’s blood, the ceremony will suffer a minor setback thanks to your tainting of the sacred offer. That is of course, if you call a volcano erupting and laying waste to everyone and everything nearby a minor setback. Make for the exit as the Archeronian slave army suffers death by molten magma. Return to Arias and inform him of your success. Though he may have noticed thanks to the whole volcano exploding thing.
