Slaying Ulric

"Tina has asked me to kill Urlic before he can give the Phoenix Medallion to Mithrelle. I must go to his bedside at night and kill him in his sleep. His mansion is in the same district as Nadini's house."

Kill Ulric in his sleep.

First the mounting of a Volcano, and now this! Once you've turned level 15 and sought out Tina again, she'll tell you how Ulric is planning on giving Mithrelle the Phoenix Medallion. What does that mean to you? Well, you have to kill the bastard before he can, of course.

Without worrying about sneaking, as there's no one to hide from in the streets, head to the Noble district where Nadini lives, the same place where you first followed Ulric to get a fake scroll so many quests ago. Enter his house and get ready for some good old fashioned killing.

Follow the main hallway, dispatching the guards that are foolish enough to mess with a rogue on a mission. Keep killing your way up the stairs, but be wary of a couple patrolling guards. Might be best to have a potion or two handy just in case. Just keep going up the stairs, killing the guards until you reach Ulric's bedside.

He seems to be a very heavy sleeper, or maybe he's just drunk, but whatever the reason he's still asleep after all the fighting and blood splashing. "Use" him by pressing "U" or double-clicking him and then watch a nice cut scene of you driving a blade through his heart.
