	Talk to Tina Tina will praise you for your service to the Resistance, yada-yada-yada, and then she'll tell you it's time to get the Phoenix Medallion by using the key to the Treasury... which happens to be in Strom's hands. Luckily, she's certain he'll be passed out drunk and that your only real worry will be guards. You'll enter from the top-most floor of the keep down by the docks and then make your way as quietly as you can down and to the throne room. Head to the docks, near the entrance to the Underhalls.
