Talk to Tina

Give the Medallion to Tina in the Thirsty Dog and she'll tell you she's going to take it to Nadini for safe keeping. Then she'll explain how it's nearly time the Resistance made their stand and took down Strom. She says you should speak to the warrior-woman Valeria when you're ready... or in other words when you're at least level 19.

Go out into the Daytime Tortage and enjoy the local attractions. Come on back to the Nighttime via talking to Tina when you're good and ready.
