When a president of a company talks, people tend to listen. So when John
Smedley, the president of Sony Online Entertainment, was slated to give
one of the keynote presentations at this year's ION Games Conference,
the Ten Ton Hammer staff knew that we had to be there. SOE's president
goes into many of the future issues of MMOs and how SOE plans to deal
