Curt Schilling's former 38 Studios website gets a bit of an update that hints at possible new ownership.
Curt Schilling’s legendary bloody sock from the 2004 World Series will be auctioned off in February to help cover 38 Studios debt.
Rhode Island’s Economic Development Corporation has filed suit against several people responsible for the $75 million 38 Studios deal.
The remaining assets of the now defunct 38 Studios are scheduled to go up for auction in October.
