Patch 3.0.3 hits with a ton of bug fixes. Druids have received talent point refunds and now have a ton of changes. Nature's Swiftness won't trigger Omen of Clarity, Survival Instincts doesn't trigger the Global Cooldown, Bash will interrupt stun immune targets, and Swift Flight Form is available at 71. Hunters got a lot of pet changes and talent changes, and well so did many of the other classes.

What's changed that affects everyone? Nothing much. Resilience was beefed up a little, Blood Fury will no longer trigger the global cooldown (making it very useful now), and Shadowmeld will begin its cooldown on use making it way more effective.

It's a small patch, so get out there and enjoy!
