Amazon wont send you the code its in your accounts page.
Really? Cause everything I can find - both on Amazon's page for the game and in my account says the code should be emailed to me.
I had a friend with your problem Morvy. He looked at his original order confirmation email and found the code there. Might want to check your old emails. ;-)

That's why Morv. THey won't release those codes till at the earliest tomorrow I bet. My account still shows the pre-order codes, and I think those will work for the head start too. You just add the new code to your existing Warhammer account once you get them.
Yup just check my War account and it still shows as active and that Head Start is one of its features so I am sure that it will let me play till I get my new codes.

I know when I first did my pre-order I was waiting for my codes to show up in my e-mail and freaking out. I was about called Amazon to ask where they were when I re-read the order e-mail and read between the lines and started looking for the Download information and stumbled upon the codes. Then a day or so later Mythic posts that info.
I had an awful experience with Amazon as my codes didn't appear where specified it actually took three calls to CS (each CSR confirmed I was looking in the right place and "nope they aren't there let me put in a support ticket for you it'll be there in 24 hrs" lying bastages) before they just got marketing to email me the codes.
Wow play.com sent me my early start code last friday, had a fab day getting to level 8. Shame I gotta spend the next 10 days in Brussels on business!

Yeah, cocked up on my pre-order and didn't realise till you all started gibbergabbering about how frabjous a time you're all having on frou frou island.
*sigh*
Ah well. Some consolation, games cheaper now than it was last month and the servers will probably full to the gunwhales at first. Play on launchday?Hah! Never again... OK, well, not this time.
