A patch a day, keeps the deer meat away...

*** Gameplay ***

- The power cost of many artisan reactive arts has been lowered.
- Phenzon's Deathly Sword should now have about the same power cost as the spell line it is based on.
- Zarn's Plague Cloud is now unresistable.
- Deer meat should once again be obtainable. Oh deer!
