You will receive three quests, after reading all of the dialogue that is given you. They are as follows, in no particular order:

The Leather Cloak

New Tunaria

Retrieve the sword and armor. (The Museum)
Retrieve the sword, -370, 100, -480.
Retrieve the armor, -360, 100, -480.

Greater Faydark

Summon Balarus, 380, 80, 360 (Combine Spires)
Right click and activate the elemental standing in the center of the spires. Balarus Verimisilian will spawn.

Kill Balarus Verimisilian.

Kaladim

Speak with a ghostly dwarf, -90, 25, -390 (Mushroom Room)

Jha'Dolek

Steamfont Mountains

Summon Jhal'Dolek, -670, 75, 1475 (Steamfont Wetlands)
Harvest a 'flamesalt'.
Use the flamesalt near the geysers nearby.
Kill a fire elemental that spawns.
Repeat the previous steps until Jhal'Dolek spawns.

Use the paste (in your inventory).

Cover your cloak in Jha'Dolek's blood.
Kill Jha'Dolek.
Loot the Heart of Jha'Dolek.
Use the Heart.

Butcherblock Mountains

FINAL STEP: Speak with Juna Crankfizz.

The Solusek Mining Co.

Solusek's Eye

Collect 30 Dozurite.
Use the Focused Ray on Magmatic golems.
They are common around 30, -265, 110.
Kill the superdense magmatic golem that spawns.
Harvest the dozurite that appears, and repeat these steps until you have 30 dozurite.

Refine the dozurite, -5, -250, 40.

Power the lamps.

Route the machines.

Place the cloak, -70, -10, 25.

The Ardent Cowl

Speak with the four ardent elders, 50, -120, 140

Complete their tasks. (These steps are actually sub-quests.)
Kill 10 gargoyles.
Kill 10 werewolves.
Retrieve the Taesian Cyst, -240, -20, -25 (Head Butler Room)
Kill Myr'dal magicians for a key, and open a chest at 130, -125, 175.

Speak with the elders.
