A Tour of Antonica

This quest is started by examining Bootstrutter's Field Guide to Antonica it’s a lower level chest drop. You then have to go visit various parts of Antonica in order then go to the Mage Tower in South Qeynos to Librarian Dalmas.

Crater Pond – Just north of the Qeynos Griffin Station

Coldwind Point – The coast near the lighthouse.

Fippy's Hill - Northeast of North Qeynos Gates.

Forbidden Isle – Lots of skeletons in the Northwest most corner of the map.

Keep of the Ardent Needle – West of the Oracle Griffin Station, but East of Forbidden Isle.

Oracle Tower – Visible from the Oracle Griffin Station up the hill.

Talk to Elowys Laceleaf on the Thundering Steppes docks, she is at the eastern end of the of the docks take the stairs near the Zek bell up to the north. You can get this from the broker if you wish, unsure if it will work with trading from one character to another if you already have it. You get to keep the butterfly. Then you must find a striped violet butterfly. Talk to her again and then. Next is to find a Spotted Yellow Butterfly. Talk to her and your done with this part.

Note : Elowys does not keep the collectable items, for instance if you need a striped red ant twice, simply trade it to a friend and have them trade it back. Using these same methods you can get entire groups or guilds thru this quest. The Case of the Missing Person (29)

Begins from Field Investigator Chel Morgan (Located at bone lake on the west side in Nekulos forest). You have to find Kitty Valencia she is on the southern tip of the island located at the southern end of the torrent river (near Behemonth Pond) at location -212, -104. Return to Chel. He will then have you travel to Thundering Steppes and speak to Amy Bhorgese, the sister of Kitty, she can be found in Qeynos Tower 3. Then return to Chel in Nek. He then wants you to go look around Black Water Lake. Return to Chel. About 1.25% xp at level 32 and around 11 silver.

The Mysterious Dagger (30)

Starts from Field Investigator Chel Morgan (located at bone lake on the west side in Nekulos forest) he wants you to search areas for clues about a dagger. First go to Headstone Walkway this is the bridge on the way from the N’Mar’s Ascent to Nektropos Castle. Return to Chel. Next go to Port Nythax aka the docks. Return to Chel. Next go to Black Water Lake this lake is just about the center of the map south of N’Mar’s Ascent. The dagger is at the south end just under the waterline at -492, -909. Return to Chel. 1.25% xp at level 32 and around 5 silver.

The Case of the Poisoned Wine (30)

Starts from Field Investigator Chel Morgan (located at bone lake on the west side in Nekulos forest). He needs you to gather an assortment of fungi around Nektulos. Start harvesting from fungi need 20 samples (Minimum Gathering Skill of 90) I found the best place to harvest in Nek is along the path North of N'Mar's Ascent. Return to Chel. Next step is to gather 25 fay berries among the polluted natural gardens, dont worry everytime you successfully harvest from the gardens, you get a quest update. Return to Chel. Next you need to talk to Harold Winemaster at the docks. He is on the first teir of the docks on the right hand side.Return to Chel. 1.25% xp and 11 silver.

Foomby’s Stolen Goods (40 Heritage)

This quest is started from Foomby Slopdigger, he can be found near a farm in Enchanted Lands around location -690, -640. Minimum level to start is 32. First things first got to find a Cracked Gold Monocle a quest update from Darkflight Faeries. My group had to kill about 10-15 of them. Return to Foomby you need to kill the big fish, this would be the named fish in the pond not far, Chomper, -180, -500. He’s on a 3-4 hour respawn so this is the only real camp you will have. Kill him then return to Foomby. Next you have to speak to Bellendis Tempestcall, she is in the Granary not too far from the docks. She has you kill 15 Lamias any will do. This is also timed. Once you kill the first one the 20 minute timer starts. After you kill number 15 you have to kill Baz’Tarog you have 5 minute timer from after the last lamias. He can be found at -480, -900 and is a big tough named Nightblood. After you kill him return to Bellendis Tempestcall and she will give you 1g and change, as well as a jar of some form. Return to Foomby and give him the jar. Be sure your group all hails and clicks thru the conversation at the same pace, he will despawn just after one person finishes so do it quickly, Foomby has a respawn of around 10 minutes.

The Wonderous Inventions of a Crazed Gnome (60 Heritage)

You will need the Gnomish primer (for the Gnome language) to be able to pick up this quest, but along with being a great bag reward, it is also a fairly painless Heritage Quest. Please visit the guide for this quest to get the how-to.

Hunting for the Briarpaw Bag (33)

Click on the group of bags (loc 210, 9, -258) found inside the building at Granary Hill in the Enchanted Lands to get the quest.ou need 15 briarpaw pelts which autoupdate when you kill briarpaw bears. There are some directly outside of the building. Once you've gathered the 15, you are rewarded!

Reward: Briapaw Bag 10 slots

 

Quiet But Effective (56)

You'll likely need a group for this one. This quest start with a book that you will recieve after speaking with the mute bard (loc 210, 224, -68) in the Shimmering Citadel. He's found on the 3rd floor of the Scriptorium. He asks you to find the secret room (loc 51, 227, -150) which is on the 3rd floor of Poet's Palace. You are looking for the room in which Nhjela the Mad Poet resides.

Reward: Satchel of Song 20 slots and a 35% weight reduction

 

An Eggsellent Task (65)

This is another quest that will likely take a group due to location alone! Gribbly the Gallant (loc 69, 126, 173), found deep in the first level of Sanctum of Scaleborn, gives a series of quests. After completing the first quests he gives, you may take this one. He sends you off to find the magical eggs in the Chamber of the Diviners, which is through the armory and just down the hall, first room on the 2nd level. You'll need to inspect the chest in this room, then kill a couple of diviners and oracles, which spawn in this room. You'll then need the named that spawns in this room, Oracle Tunnza.

After retrieving all 3 keys, inspec the chest again, then return to Gribbly the Gallant for your reward!

Reward: Choice of 3 items, one being a very nice bag! 22 slots and 30% weight reduction.
