IGN has released a progress report on DDO. They cover what type of game it is, the current state of it, what it hopes to accomplish, and their thoughts on all of it. It seems to be coming along quite well, and offers a fun experience using an atypical MMOG format that will put the focus on parties adventuring together in great immersive environments, without the need to prepare or grind.
