Now Where Did I Put That?!



Lately, players have noticed some items missing from their inventories.
Community Relations Manager Sporkfire has started a thread addressing
this very problem:

We've received reports of items disappearing from
characters, and we
want to gather some more information so that we can properly reproduce
and resolve this problem.



Please respond to this thread with the following information:



   1. What item did you have disappear?

   2. Which character had the item when it disappeared and on
what server?

   3. Did you ever put this item through the mail system?

   4. Who were the sender and recipient?

   5. Describe the steps you took to send and/or receive the
item. Include any details on mistakes made along the way or multiple
attempts to send the item.

   6. Where was the item when it disappeared? In your
backpack? Equipped? Still in the mail?

   7. Do you know any of the item's previous transaction
history? Where it was looted, where you bought it, or any trades it
might have been in?
