Community Relations Specialist Samera is still clearing up all the
known issues with the launch of Twilight Forge Module 2 to Dungeons
& Dragons Online: Stormreach. Here is her latest post:

Some of the new spells like Teleport and Resist Energy pop
up a selection window for you to choose the effect you desire (where to
Teleport, which element to protect from, which spell to swap, etc). If
you hit "ESC" to close these dialogs, you will be unable to open them
again until you log out and back in again. Please click the red "X" to
close the dialog windows instead of hitting "ESC" until we can fix this
issue.
