a thread on the official Dungeons & Dragons Online: Stormreach
(DDO) forums:

Stormreach Under Siege is a content update, scheduled for
September 20. It contains five new adventures, and most likely some bug
fixes and whatnot. This is not Module 3. It's new dungeons to do while
we wait to get M3 out the door.



Module 3 is the one that will contain PvP, the level cap increase, the
auction house and the Demon Sands. It is scheduled for mid- to late-
October. When we have a more definite date, we'll make sure and get
that out to you.
