Weekend Fun Fest

Here it is again! So soon after the last time, we are invited to
log into the Risia Test Server starting today (October 19, 2006):

We've
brought the Risia Server back online so you can have another
chance to preview our upcoming module, The Demon Sands. Our third
module is going to be released soon, so don't miss your last chance to
preview all the new features and content on Risia. You can visit the
Dunes of Menechtarun, battle other players in the PvP arenas, advance
your characters to levels 11 and 12 and try out the new feats, spells
and enhancements you'll gain along the way. Fierce new enemies await
you, including the Djinni, Efreeti, Gnoll and the menacing Marilith.
The Demon Sands is our biggest module yet, and we're very excited to be
giving you the chance to preview everything we have to offer in it.

We are continuing to improve the process of copying character data
from the live servers onto Risia. In order to test new character
copying procedures, we have copied characters from the following
servers onto Risia:

  • Adar
  • Aerenal
  • Argonnessen
  • Aundair
  • Fernia
  • Ghallanda
  • Kyber
  • Lhazaar

All characters created and progress made on these servers as of
October 2 has been copied to Risia. If you do not have a character on
any of these servers, you can still join in. All experience for
completing dungeons and other objectives has been increased twenty
times. You'll be taking on the big challenges in no time!

We'd like to encourage as many people as possible to log in this
weekend, and so we will be giving away href="http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=products/dndcore/966480000">Dungeons
& Dragons Core Rulebook Gift Sets
to five random players
who compete in PvP tournaments!

Friends List and Guild List functionalities should now be
functional
for characters copied to Risia. If you experience difficulties with
either the Friends or Guild Lists, please log out and log back in
again. If relogging does not resolve your difficulties, please contact
Ingame Support. We are also seeking feedback on difficulties with
Friends Lists and Guild Lists, including officer permissions in the
Risia Test Server Discussion forum.
