When asked when the +4 enhancements would make their way into the game,
Samera had this to say:

The +4 enhancements were scheduled for the next
major update. That said
- there's been a change of plan. In Module 4 we are going to be
revamping the entire enhancement system. It's going to be a complete
overhaul, and I'll post official details as soon as I have them myself.
However, in light of the revamp we have decided not to put the +4
enhancements into the game.
