Wish to fight with a two handed weapon, the master at arms is competent. Wish to fight with two weapons? Yep, he's or she's got that. Perhaps preferring to fight at range? The master (or mistress) at arms is ready and capable. Like to fight with an exotic or unique weapon? Chances are that it's no problem.
