Us With Power, had a far different outcome than I
had anticipated. The current leader (though not by much) is Time
Travel. That poll was based around a set of powers for an individual
character. This week, I'm taking things one step further.



Since the idea of time traveling seems to appeal to a number of
players, this time, I'm giving the power to you. Yes, I mean you, the
player! Imagine that you had the ability to travel time and affect the
state of the game. Whether you are a rabid fan, or a reluctant
disbeliever, everyone has at least one thing they would change in any
game they play. As such, here's this week's question:

Bind on Pickup

and is considering reversing the decision on this, so try to keep your
responses here reasonably calm.



In any case, since it's such a hot
topic, it has earned a spot in our poll. The argument for BoP can
really go both ways. For the players that want to help out their alts,
or a friend, it seems cruel to have to destroy so many items
you come across. On the other hand, farming took a distinctly
noticeable dip once this was implemented, allowing more players the
chance to kill numerous named mobs themselves.

Equipment Expertise Removal

While I happen to think this item is such a dead horse that the carcass
is stinking up our living room, there are a number of players who still
feel strongly about this topic. Equipment expertise was a system that
allowed players to customize their characters with equipment than they
can now. For those that understood the system, they had nearly
inexhaustible options for equipping their characters. For those that
didn't understand the system, it could be insanely frustrating, even to

Riftways Introduced

Personally, I love the riftways. With a limited amount of time to play
at any given point, having the ability to jump across continents is
pretty handy. That being said though, there is certainly something to
be said for having to travel the old fashioned way. If you're one of
the people that wish the riftway system had never been added, pipe up
here.

4th Group Loot Rights Removed

This particular item gave us one of our most heated debates to date on
the forums earlier this year. If you're not sure what I'm talking
about, see href="http://vanguard.tentonhammer.com/index.php?module=ContentExpress&func=display&ceid=896">here.
It has already been stated that the 4th group in a raid was never
designed to have loot rights. Since they had the ability to do so for
so long though, this has been a pretty major point of contention for
some in the game, thus it goes in the poll. If you think this system
should have been left the way it was, here's your chance to say so.

Removal of Team PvP Server

For the sake of argument, this choice is ignoring any and all business
aspects behind the decision to remove it. That may not fit with
reality, but it's our poll, so that's the way it goes. If you wish
the Team PvP server had remained up rather than a Free For All server
taking its place, this choice is for you!

Other

Everyone has their own ideas, and there is simply no way to cover them
all. That's where this handy selection comes in. If you choose other
through, you are morally obligated to post what your change prevention
would be then.
