With City of Heroes on their resume it seems almost a given that we can expect an exciting experience. What type of powers will be available and will the Arch Villain system be as detailed as the Hero? All these questions and more are answered.

While the idea of players being able to intercept enemy powers with their own powers is founded in some great comic book examples, we simply don’t have the kind of technology available to have powers clash.
