Ten Ton Hammer - Taking MMO Gamers to the Next Level!

Ankama's flash based MMO game Dofus offers quite a bit of the unexpected with unusual creatures, tons of exploration, and turn based combat. However, the ultimate question we try to answer here at Ten Ton Hammer is "Will it be fun?" Join us as we delve into the strange world of joyful massacres, dragon eggs, and mushrooms that try to eat you.

The creatures you battle start off as cutesy little scrubs you'd expect from the Legend of Zelda or any of the Mario series. Frightened Evil Dandelions, Young Black Gobblys, and Fearful Moskitos don't sound like much, but they are the only the beginning. The freakish looking Jack O'Gobball, mutated Mush Mush, and hundreds of other creatures are waiting to gnaw off your ankles. The variety of encounters was one of the features I found most enjoyable in Dofus compared to the reused content we see in other games. Considering the content in Dofus must range from 1 to 1000, there needs to be a considerable number of variations to experience.
