City of Heroes' Mission Architect - which we'll see for the first time this week - isn't the first attempt we've seen at allowing players to make their own adventure. But can it overcome the usual pitfulls of client-side design: quirky tools, a generic and amateurish feel to what's created, and to combat exploits: a poor reward structure?
