The team working on Cryptic's Star Trek Online are continuing to engage their potential fans by making their team as human as possible. The latest developer to go under the scrutiny of a "Meet the Dev" Q&A is Dan Griffis, a man of true Star Trek fandom.
Who is your favorite Star Trek character and why?
This is a tough one. I would have to say Kahn. He was not only the man, but he was the only one to ever really give Kirk a run for his money. think that Star Trek II was probably the thing that pushed me over the edge from casual fan to hard core fan. I saw the movie when it was first released in the theatres in the 80s, which I think was a completely different experience than watching it now on DVD. When people see it now for the first time, you already know that the crew of the Enterprise makes it out alive and that eventually Spock returns. However when I first saw the movie, none of those things were written in stone yet.
