In what is certainly a first for any game MindArk, the company behind Project Entropia, has just been licensed by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority as an actual bank. They apparently are now authorized to act as a legal financial institution for the purpose of becoming a central bank for it's multi-nation microtransaction business. No word on their rates for car loans just yet.
