Lootmasters and GM's Alike Rejoice! Tradable BOPs For Two Hours to Eligible Members of Your Raid!

One of the new changes showing up on the PTR is the ability to swap a BOP item to any eligible member of that raid ID. As a loot master I hope this is a change that makes it to live! Thanks to the folks at MMO Champion for the screenshot.
