The September newsletter for style="font-style: italic;">EVE Online is
hot off the virtual presses. As always it features the latest in
upcoming changes to the game, mostly centering around the eagerly
anticipated Dominion expansion, as well as current ingame issues and
hot topics. Information regarding the upcoming fourth version of the
CSM is the main feature of the month. The CSM or "Council of Stellar
Managemnt" is a player based and player elected group that meet and
discuss in game issues directly with CCP.

Dominion,
the expansion headed your way in November, brings changes and new
features to sovereignty and how players control the game universe
around them. Several of these changes are the result of input from and
research pushed forward by the Council of Stellar Management. CCP
Xhagen in his
