Free Character Moves for Select PvP Realms

In an attempt to balance a few select realms Blizzard will be offering
free character transfers. These transfers became available today
(November 5) at 11:15am PST and will be ending Thursday, November 12 at
the same time. If the transfer goals are met before November 12, the
transfers to or from any realm may be disabled.
