The Violet Hold Guide

The Kirin Tor are in a desperate battle to defend Dalaran against Malygos and his blue dragonflight. Wanting to destroy any mortals who dare to use magic Malygos has begun his assault on the city in the Kirin Tor’s prison, the Violet Hold.  This guide will help you defeat the various bosses inside and give tips to complete any achievements linked to the Violet Hold.

Those adventurers that are brave enough to venture inside the Hold should first obtain the key. While you can enter the Hold without the key if the door is opened for you, it is always helpful to be able to do it yourself. The quest Discretion is the Key  can be obtained from Rhonin who can be found inside the Violet Citadel in Dalaran city.

It took me way to long to learn all of those fights. The only thing I would mention is that for Xevozz it is best to have DPS/heals be ahead of the tank's kiting pattern (and we tend to have the tank go up the stairs and then around, and is gives you that much more time to kite if you need it).
