Ten Ton Hammer - Taking MMO Gamers to the Next Level!

Cryptic has just released their State of the Game 1/26/10 for Champions Online. In it, they give a brief synopsis of the huge patch going live tonight as well as plans for the future. My favorite things are that they're bringing back the Blood Moon event whenever there's a full moon, plus news of their first expansion, Vibora Bay!

By popular demand, we’re going to be bringing back the Blood Moon event with a few twists and upgrades based on your feedback. The concept is that the event will trigger the day before, of, and after every real-world full moon. We’re using the same technology we debuted with Clarence in our Misfit Toys event to make battling Takofanes and his minions more interesting and challenging for heroes of all ranges of experience.
