City of Heroes Adds New Details to Going Rogue Website

City of Heroes has made a few new updates to its Going Rogue website. The latest update includes new information about Calvin Scott, the leader of the Resistance and bent on revenge after his life was destroyed by Emperor Cole. Along with information on Scott also comes the reveal of Ghouls, a group of flesh eating fiends that dwell beneath the streets of Praetoria.
