Technical Art Director Ryan Ellis chimes in on the latest video in Game Informer’s ongoing Destiny series to talk about what it’s been like to work on the project from the very beginning and how it’s changed over the years. The video includes bits of Destiny gameplay footage as Ellis talks about the game’s day/night cycles, how the game once only featured third-person gameplay, and what players can expect to see on areas such as the moon, which is “tidally locked to Earth” according to Ellis.

Destiny is scheduled to launch on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One on September 9th, 2014. A PC version has not been confirmed nor denied by Bungie. When asked about a PC version Ellis teased “we have not announced that. And by not announced I mean we’re not even hinting that we’re doing a PC version. I want to be clear there.” When the interviewer inquired if by not hinting was he hinting, Ellis laughingly responded, “we’re not saying we’re not going to do it.”

Who needs millions of potential PC gamers anyway? Wait. While you ponder that, you can watch the full video over at Game Informer.
