If you're a player of Wizard101 you might have heard about the recent progress and item loss the game suffered last week (hopefully not the hard way). But KingsIsle Entertainment has been hard at work all this week attempting to identify all the affected characters and do what they can to set things right. A recent release from KingsIsle Entertainment explains that all affected accounts with a valid email should receive the details of their compensation for the loss suffered last weekend. The news also comes with an apology and KingsIsle's pledge that they will do what they can to ensure the incident never happens again.
