City of Heroes: Going Rogue has been dated and will officially launch on August 17th, 2010. But Paragon Studios has partnered with GameStop and Razer for the Going Rogue launch and a few events set to take place at this year's San Diego Comic-Con that include giveaways, a chance for your character to become comic book heroes, a new discussion panel and more.
