Mortal Online to Offer Compensation for Server Downtime

Posted Thu, Jun 24, 2010 by Martuk

Things have been a little rough for Mortal Online since its June 9th launch. The game has been run into a few stability issues that have caused a bit of downtime, which has prompted a compensation offer to players for the experienced server downtime that resulted. The exact details of the compensation has yet to be announced, but other actions have been taken to minimize downtime as servers will now be staffed 24/7 so that if in the event of a crash they can be rebooted manually as the devs work to solve the cause of the problem.
