You can't have a game launch this day and age without a special pre-order offer and NCsoft has announced a new partnership from Comic-Con with Razer and GameStop to bring fans a special offer when they pre-order the City of Heroes Going Rogue Complete Collection from GameStop. The GameStop pre-order package will include five exclusive character power enhancements exclusive to GameStop customers, in-game support for the Razer Naga MMO gaming mouse, a free Razer Sphex City of Heroes: Going Rogue edition desktop skin, and a $5 Razer Store coupon.
