CoH ViDoc #3 Examines Powers and Factions

City of Heroes has released its 3rd ViDoc for its upcoming "Going Rogue" expansion. The latest video previews some of the choices players will have to make in the expansion and the new powers they will have to choose from. Will you aid Emperor Cole or the resistance?
