City of Heroes - Issue 18: Shades of Gray Preload Now Available

Paragon Studios has made its next content update for City of Heroes available for early download. Issue 18: Shades of Gray can now be patched into existing City of Heroes accounts, but players won't be able to enjoy the new content until it officially releases.
In addition, players can also take advantage of free server transfers from August 17th through August 23rd, 2010. All players with an active account as of August 15th will also receive one free Character Respec token per character.
